Stefanie R. Pinniger-President

Having not only been a Portland resident for going on 27 years, Stefanie has been in the small business management field for over 15 years. Her passion for helping small business owners navigate the complex and confusing maze of business ownership developed when she opened a small boutique in downtown Portland in 2004. That experience piqued her interest in helping other new business owners with compliance and basic financial knowledge to give them an edge that at the time, she didn't have.
After switching gears in 2008, Stefanie studied to become a Licensed Tax Consultant and opened Four Reasons LLC in the Spring of 2010. The Tax Preparation side of the firm was retired in 2018 so that she could focus solely on Bookkeeping, Accounting, Consulting, financial education and empowerment for her over 100 clients both past and present. ​

One of the many reasons that we do what we do is because as a small business ourselves, we know the value of good money management when it comes to running a business effectively and successfully.
Our Specialties
We work with our clients in a variety of different styles because no two businesses are alike. We pride ourselves on our prior Tax Preparation experience to be able to do Accounting and Bookkeeping in a way that brings our vast knowledge to the table.
